All products will come in a 4 oz jar - our customers wil never pay for air. Our butters range in fluffiness. Products will weigh between 2.5 oz - 3.5 oz (this is due to the amount of air incoporated during whipping)!

  • Where did your business name come from?

    Wanting to represent inclusivity, resilience and passion during the creation of my company, I brainstormed on what the right name would be. I knew that I wanted it to be unique and compassionate but it had to be flexible and not limit me to a singular industry product. Ember Glow was not the name that I thought I would go with. However, I couldn’t get it out of my head.

    Ember is commonly used to describe red hot pieces of wood/coal in a fire that’s dying or being started. Glow is described as a steady shine without light or heat. My company name symbolizes the purity in the manufacturing process and the natural glow that our products provide. We promise to always dedicate time and research into the ingredients we put in our products to maintain the safety and integrity of our business.

    Our mission at Ember Glow is to provide affordable, high-quality skincare designed to improve the health of skin for all ages and genders though developing products made with natural ingredients.

  • What made you start ?

    I spent years struggling to find products that worked for my sensitive dry skin. The many
    different lotions, oils, and potions I purchased didn't seem to alleviate my dry cracked skin, eczema, or stretch marks. I hated how my skin felt by the end of the day after having to reapply lotions and I wanted better.

     

    During 2020 and 2021, despite my best efforts keep her skin care products toxic free - my newborn started exhibiting common sensitive skin issues. Thus, pushing me to begin studying ingredients that were healing and beneficial for skin.

     

    Eventually, I narrowed my ingredients list and created my first Whipped Body Butter formula. After trial and error, I finally found the elements that provided long-lasting results and were safe to use for all ages and genders. Soon after switching to the natural body butter, I saw improvements in our skin conditions.

     

    As I continued to research, I noticed that there was a market of people who were searching for clean skin care products. I sought out to fill the void and officially started my company in March 2022. Since then I've tweaked my recipes, continued researching, hand whipping each batch to perfect my formula.
